She is Managing Partner at The Laminar Group, LLC. Dana has over 25 years of financial experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, specializing in international commercial and manufacturing operations. Dana began her career at Abbott Laboratories, after earning her Master's in International Management from Thunderbird, School of Global Management, in Glendale, Arizona. She held a wide variety of positions at Abbott and AbbVie, including 9 years living and working overseas in Puerto Rico, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe as a subsidiary and regional CFO.
An outcome-focused finance executive with global expertise across the U.S., Europe, Latin America, and emerging markets, Dana drives change and fuels profitability across manufacturing and commercial organizations. She presently serves as Chair of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (ICMA) Board of Regents, and also served 3 years on the global APICS (now ASCM) Board of Directors, including 1 year as its Treasurer.
Kevin Glynn is a three-time public and private company Chief Information Officer (CIO), including being recognized as the 2019 CIO Innovator of the Year in Chicago. Currently, Mr. Glynn is an adjunct professor in Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering and leads The Laminar Group's work focused on technology strategy and data, especially in the area of supply chain and logistics. He is frequently cited in publications and has authored a variety of supply chain, distribution, ethics, and technology articles.
Kevin also has held the role of acting VP of Operations, while also holding his CIO position. Prior to being CIO, Kevin was COO of a startup company using data analytics in agriculture machinery. Previously, he had been a Vice President for Oracle Corporation, leading its consulting practices in Europe. Early in his career, Mr. Glynn held positions in manufacturing and field engineering for Qualcomm’s transportation division. Kevin started his career as an engineer and production supervisor, working at Carlise Memory Tapes.
Mr. Glynn currently serves as Chair of the Advisory Board for Northwestern University’s Master in IT program and is an Advisory Board member of a data integration startup. He is a former Chair of the Environment Board for the City of Evanston. He has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and a Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
